Welcome to the research site of the Immune Dynamics team, a multi-disciplinary collaboration between the Sydney Cytometry Core Research Facility and multiple research and technology labs at the University of Sydney and the Centenary Institute; integrating expertise in immunology, infectious disease, single-cell & imaging technologies, computational biology, and data science. Initiated through a seed grant from the Sydney Institute for Infectious Diseases, our team is interested in the single-cell systems immunology of inflammation and infectious disease, developing novel single-cell and imaging methods, as well as advanced computational analysis approaches, to comprehensively map dynamic immune repsonses at the single cell level over time. We have a particular interest in the study of emerging infectious diseases, including COVID-19, and viral encephalitis.
