Cell isolation from murine tissues

  • Protocol: isolation of immune cells from murine brain, bone marrow, spleen, and lymph tissues for cytometry or single-cell analysis.

  • Extended protocol: processing murine bone marrow for flow/mass cytometry or single-cell analysis (including BrdU/IdU incorporation).

Cell counting

  • Protocol: cell counting with a haemocytometer.
  • Protocol: cell counting with a Sysmex XP-100.
